Lady style classes Salsa,
Bachata & Merengue
“When a woman moves from her essence, she doesn’t just dance… she shines.”
Connection, elegance & presence
Every body tells its own story. In these classes, you’ll learn to express yourself with more confidence, elegance, and flow—combining body technique, musicality, turns, and attitude.
The focus isn’t just on copying movements, but on feeling them. You’ll reconnect with yourself and the music in a more authentic way, rediscovering the power of moving with grace and presence.
Movement with soul, no pressure
No previous experience needed—just the desire to grow, enjoy, and awaken the feminine energy within you.
There’s no competition here—only inspiration. Each session invites you to move from where you are today, with joy and without pressure.
You’ll learn Salsa, Bachata, and sometimes a touch of Merengue.
You’ll discover that dancing can be a path to empowerment.
